Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be accepted only on the same day of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping partner.
Non-Cancellable Items

Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as food products, eatables, or similar consumables.

However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective or of poor quality.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within the same day of delivery.

Product Not as Described

If the product received does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt.

Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

Refund Processing
