Cancellation & Refund Policy

AYUDHAN ORGANIC PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation, return, and refund policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only on the same day of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping partner.

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as food products, eatables, or similar consumables.

  • However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective or of poor quality.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within the same day of delivery.

  • The request will be reviewed and processed after verification by the merchant.

Product Not as Described

  • If the product received does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt.

  • After reviewing the complaint, an appropriate resolution (refund or replacement) will be provided.

Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

  • Free return shipping is provided.

  • No restocking fees are charged.

  • Final sale or non-returnable items are not eligible for return. 

Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 6–8 business days and credited to the original payment method.
